INSERTECH has been inaugurated in Haifa (Israel) on September 16, 2006 in the presence of many personalities: Prof. Christian Brechot (Head of the French INSERM), Prof. Yitzhak Apeloig (President of the TECHNION, Prof. Ido Perlman (Dean of the Faculty of Medicine), M. Philippe Carlevan (French Embassy in Israel) and many others. For this unique occasion, the second France/ Israel binational Meeting on Stem Cells and Regenerative Medicine has been organized within the Rappaport Institute.
